Welcome to Impressive Ink! We want you to enjoy using our products and services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the rules that keep our services fair, safe, and running smoothly. By using our website, storefronts, social media pages or other services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using our Services.
The platforms that our Service run on or use, such as Shopify or social media sites, may have their own Terms of Service that apply to you, and that you should also review.

3. Buying from Us
We sell directly to customers, not resellers.
- Products & Prices: Descriptions and prices may change anytime.
- Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers—we don’t store card details.
- Taxes & Duties: Sales tax applies where required. For international orders, you’re responsible for customs, duties, and additional fees.
- No Resale: Our products are for personal use only, not resale. Orders we suspect are intended for resale (including drop-shipping) may be canceled.
- Shipping & Returns: Governed by our Shipping and Refunds policies (see links above).
4. User Accounts
You’re responsible for your account. You must be 18+ to create an account. Keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect misuse. You may check out as a guest if you prefer.
5. User Content
Don’t post anything harmful, illegal, or offensive. If you share content with us (e.g., reviews, photos), you grant us permission to use it to promote our Services. You remain responsible for what you submit. We may remove content we feel is inappropriate or violates these rules.
We don’t accept unsolicited designs or business ideas. If you send them anyway, we may use them with no compensation whatsoever.
6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and materials (exept User Content) are owned by Impressive Ink and our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them.
7. Prohibited Uses
Don’t misuse our Services. Examples include attempting to hack or reverse engineer our site, scraping or bulk indexing content, spamming, impersonating other users, or breaking the law.
8. Accessibility
We’re committed to accessibility. Our goal is to make Impressive Ink’s website and services usable by everyone and to continually improve our compliance with recognized accessibility standards (such as WCAG) as our site evolves.

9. Disclaimers & Liability
- Our Services and products are provided “as is,” without warranties.
- We’re not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, business interruptions, etc.).
- Our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us.
10. Disputes & Governing Law
If you have an issue, email us at info@impressive.ink first. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by Florida law and handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Force Majeure
We aren’t responsible for delays outside our control. This includes natural disasters, pandemics, shipping disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our other policies, form the entire agreement between you and Impressive Ink.
