This policy explains how Impressive Ink processes, packages, and ships the products you purchase from us. We want our shipping practices to be clear and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing & Production
Orders are typically processed, produced, and packaged within 2–3 business days before shipping. We maintain limited inventory and many products are made to order.
Shipping Methods
We use Shopify’s calculated rates for shipping. Customers may select their preferred carrier service at checkout.
- Domestic Carriers: USPS and UPS are available for all domestic orders.
- Stickers Only (U.S.): Domestic sticker-only orders ship free via USPS First Class Letter Mail, without tracking. Other shipping methods are avilable for a fee.
- All Other Domestic Orders: Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on location and carrier.
Military Addresses
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take longer than our standard windows. Tracking may stop updating once your package is handed off to the Military Postal Service. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived 10 business days after the delivery window, please contact us.
International Shipping
International shipping is available with rates calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all import duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by their country. Tariffs may be significant depending on the destination and are subject to change without warning. Shipments refused, seized, or returned due to non-payment of tariffs, duties, or taxes will not be refunded.
International delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed by customs processing, political or trade conditions, port slowdowns, strikes, weather, or other factors outside our control.
