Product Information
Where are you located? Who makes your products?
We’re a small design studio located in Orlando, Florida, USA. Every product we sell is designed and manufactured in-house. No 3rd-party outsourcing, dropshipping or print-on-demand services.
What materials do you use?
We us only high-quality materials: premium papers made in the USA, Canada, and Germany, vinyl and vinyl laminates manufactured in the USA and archival-grade inks from USA and Japan. We print and finish everything ourselves for crisp color and durable results.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Our stickers are printed on vinyl, not paper, and sealed with commercial-grade vinyl UV laminate. They're durable and water-resistant, but not rated fully waterproof for long-term submersion.
Will product colors match what I see on my screen?
We color-manage all our prints, but displays vary. Minor differences can occur due to screen brightness and calibration.

Orders & REturns
How do I change or cancel an order?
Message us ASAP via our Contact page. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll adjust or cancel.
What’s your return policy?
Unopened, unused products can typically be returned within 30 days. Custom items, sale items and gift cards are final sale and not returnable. Check the full details in our Refund Policy.
My order arrive damaged. What should I do?
Snap a few photos of the packaging and item and contact us within 7 days. Do not throw away the packaging! We'll work with you and the carrier to get you a replacement or refund.
Is my payment information secure?
We use industry-standard secure checkout practices, and all payments are handled through Shopify. We do not store or have access to your payment information, and we never sell your data.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Often, yes. If you need something specific, get in touch via our Contact page and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and to a curated group of reliable international destinations: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Norway and Switzerland.
We may add more countries over time as we confirm stable delivery and clear import rules. Some destinations may collect local VAT/duties on delivery or at checkout, depending on their regulations. All tariffs, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Why don't you ship to the European Union?
As of December 2024, the EU’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requires a “responsible person” physically located within the EU to appear on product labels and handle safety/recall questions. That adds ongoing compliance costs we can’t absorb, so we’ve paused EU sales. We’re keeping an eye on practical, affordable options and hope to open EU shipping in the future.
When will my order ship?
Most orders leave our studio in 1–3 business days. If your order includes tracking, you’ll get an email when your shipping label is created. Tracking begins once the carrier scans in the package.
How much is shipping?
Rates are shown at checkout. We always choose the lowest-cost tracked option for gift wrap. Stickers ship free via USPS First-Class Mail (no tracking); you can upgrade to a tracked shipping method at checkout.
Do you include prices on packing slips?
On domestic orders we do not include prices on packing slips. For international orders, some countries require pricing information for customs purposes.
Will I owe VAT, duties or customs fees?
Maybe. Your country may charge VAT, duties, or other fees not shown at checkout; these are set by local customs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders refused, seized, or returned for unpaid charges aren’t refundable.
Tracking says "Delivered" but I can't find my package. Now what?
Check with the neighbors, look around common areas, and wait one full business day. If it doesn’t appear, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
