We want you to love what you buy from Impressive Ink. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- Items must have been purchased directly through our website: https://impressive.ink.
- Gift cards, free samples, promotional products, and items marked “clearance” or “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags or labels intact.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Costs & Refunds
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are issued for the item price only. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
