Our Commitment

Impressive Ink is committed to making our website usable by everyone. We strive to meet or exceed the accessibility requirements of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 Level AA so people with disabilities can access our products, information, and services.

Conformance status

Our site aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 AA. Where possible we follow industry best practices, but full conformance across every page and third-party integration is a continual effort.

What we’ve done so far

  • Built on accessibility-aware templates and followed platform guidance for theme development.
  • Performed automated accessibility scans (axe / Lighthouse) and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing on core flows (home → product → cart → checkout).
  • Added semantic headings, visible focus styles, descriptive image alt text, and associate labels for form fields.
  • Reviewed and tested third-party apps and widgets; problematic integrations are sandboxed or adjusted where needed.
  • Maintain an internal remediation log to track issues, fixes, and verification evidence.

Known limitations

  • Some pages or third-party widgets may not yet meet WCAG AA in all respects (for example: certain injected widgets, vendor checkout add-ins, or older downloadable PDFs).
  • We are actively working to remediate these gaps when they are identified.

Compatibility

This site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of mainstream browsers and common assistive technologies (e.g., NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS). If you encounter issues with a specific browser or assistive tool, let us know.

How we test

We use a mixed approach: automated tools for broad coverage, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing for real-world behavior, and, when feasible, user testing with people who use assistive technologies.
